I love it because the author starts off with a story that reflects that sometimes we aren't great parents. And the best part of the story is that his kids are really great adults (I've met them . . . went to church with one of them), so I know his parenting wisdom is solid.

OK, here's my questions: How do you encourage teens today in this Y generation to be hard workers when most kids have an entitlement mentality. (This is very evident in employees and I want to encourage my kids NOT to be this way). :) I'm celebrating with you friend... Katherine

DeleteI'm looking forward to an answer :). Ok, here's another question for you...when your kids think they are "good" or even "that good" yet you see their work, performance, and results aren't all that they think it is. I know we can't focus on the performance but sometimes that is what shows the "hard work" or lack there of. I'm sure I'll have these coming...teenage years are interesting!

My question is, "how can I minimize fighting/bickering between my 2 1/2 year old twins?" They are the best of friends and the worst of enemies, and it changes from minute to minute.
